These terms cover your use of the JPS Surfacing website at jpssurfacing.com. By using the site you accept them. Work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written quotation and contract, not by this page.
Who we are
This site is operated by JPS Surfacing LTD, a commercial surfacing and utility reinstatement contractor based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. You can reach us at info@jpssurfacing.com or on 01462 238 983.
To be confirmed before publication: registered company number and registered office address should be added here, and the VAT number if the company is VAT registered.
Enquiries and quotes
- Submitting the form on this site is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
- Any price we give in response is a quotation. Unless we say otherwise in writing, it is based on the information you gave us and on the site conditions we expect to find.
- Where site conditions, ground conditions, access, materials or the scope of work turn out to differ from what was described, we may need to revise the price. We will tell you before doing extra work.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm the work in writing and you accept it.

- We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error free.
- Service descriptions are general. They are not a specification, a method statement or technical advice for a particular site.
